Q. What is the best time of day for photos?

Late afternoon to sunset (about an hour before the sun dips) gives you the most flattering golden light.

The view faces west, so you’ll have the Pacific Ocean glowing behind you—ideal for photography.

Morning weddings are beautiful as well!

Q. What happens if it rains?

Rain is rare in La Jolla, but it’s smart to have a backup plan.

We can recommend nearby indoor venues or help secure a canopy or reschedule if necessary.

Q. Who handles setup and cleanup?

Our team handles everything within your reserved four-hour window, including décor, chairs, and permit compliance.

We ensure the site is restored exactly as required by the City’s guidelines before your permit expires.

Q. Are there accessibility considerations?

Yes, along with the stairway leading to the park, there is a walkway with a gradual slope leading down to the ceremony lawn.

Guests with mobility challenges may need assistance; we can arrange ushers or alternate drop-off access when needed.

We simplify everything—permits, timing, logistics, and setup—so your ceremony feels effortless.
